Josh leads the team and is directly responsible for new business opportunities. He received his JD/MBA from Pepperdine, is a member of the California Bar and lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two children.

Lorri Kelley is President of Lorri Kelley Advisors, a sales management and leadership consultancy dedicated to the home furnishings industry. With almost three decades in the business, Kelley brings unrivaled expertise in business development, retail and consumer services, and marketing and merchandising. As a veteran in leadership roles within the industry, Kelley has served as President of BDI; EVP of Sales and Marketing for Palliser Furniture; President and COO for Home Elements, the 26-store retail division of The Rowe Companies, as well as SVP of Sales, Marketing and Merchandising for Rowe Furniture. Kelley was named President of the Board of Directors for WITHIT in 2020, and also sits on the Board of Directors for organizations including City of Hope- International Home Furnishings Association and the Anti-Defamation League.
